Two Communities, One Neighborhood
Holiday Village and Holiday Village East sit right next to each other in Mount Laurel, part of Burlington County. Both were built by J.S. Hovnanian & Sons and both are restricted to residents 55 and over.
Holiday Village came first, built in the mid-1980s. It has 717 homes — a mix of single-family houses, patio homes, and condos — along with a clubhouse, a pool, and tennis courts.
Holiday Village East followed, built between 1990 and 2001, and grew to 963 homes in the same mix of styles. It has its own clubhouse, pool, and tennis courts too.
Neither community is gated. Neighbors come and go easily, and it's common to see folks walking between the two.
